Access Communications Scholarship Programs

The Access Communications Doug Alexander Scholarship Program to encourage and reward students who volunteer their time in order to improve their communities. Our program recognizes students for their capacity to lead and serve and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. Our Scholars are well-rounded, bright students who not only excel academically, but are also actively involved in their communities and their schools. These students are passionate, service-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to their community.

ELIGIBILITY 

• Applicants must be grade 12 students graduating in 2023. 
• Applicants must be attending post-secondary school starting in Fall 2023. 
• Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents. 
• Applicants must reside in an Access Communications service area. 
• Current Access Communications Co-operative board members and staff, and their siblings, children, and grandchildren are not eligible for our Scholarship Program.

Access Communications is a 100% Saskatchewan-owned non-profit co-operative committed to providing exceptional communications and entertainment services. Our staff, our customers, and our partners are all part of the Access family. We are proud to support over 1,500 community groups each year with in-kind sponsorship and fundraising initiatives, as well as on-air promotional opportunities through our AccessNow TV community channel programming. And we believe making the world a better place starts with supporting our future leaders through our scholarship programs, awarding over $400,000 to students across the province
