This scholarship was created in memory of an our dear friend, Timmy Smith. Tim was a staple in his community and loved by everyone. Tim was a helping hand, a supporter, a great listener, and all around amazing person. To know him was to love him. This scholarship will help keep his memory alive and show all of us the impact one life can make on us.
